2. What data we process

This website has no user accounts or tracking tools. We only process personal data in the following cases:

  • Early-access requests — the name, work email, company, website, role, expected review volume and any message you submit through the early-access form.
  • When you email us — your email address, name and any information you include in your message.
  • Server logs — our hosting infrastructure records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the service running.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use early-access requests to assess fit for the early-access programme and to contact you about it and about the launch of the product, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We use the data you send us by email to answer your enquiry, on the basis of your consent and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in managing business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the website.

4. Retention

Early-access requests are kept until the early-access programme ends or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Server logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf (such as hosting, email and form-handling providers) under data processing agreements, or where required by law.
